1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before? An art spa. Sloshing paint about was very liberating & therapeutic.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I kept 2 of 4 of last years', but haven't made any so far today.3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Beccy gave birth to William
4. Did anyone close to you die? Unfortunately yes, my uncle.
5. What countries did you visit? South Africa, UK, Italy, Germany, Lebanon & UAE
6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009? A new roof.
7. What dates from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? January for staying in my flat for first time, July for mum & dad visiting flat, and August for finally going to Lebanon.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Starting to draw regularly again
9. What was your biggest failure? My relationship with J.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Nothing too bad, as I don't remember anything other than a touch of flu.
11. What was the best thing you bought? Chandelier for the lounge with last year's birthday money.

27. What did you want and not get? More of the flat to be finished.

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I went for a pub lunch with my parents then out in the evening with Alison for a catch-up over a drink.
30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Better drawings.
